Rainbow necklace giveaway!

Hello everyone! Today is a super fun day because my friend Latrice has been doing an awesome Lawn Fawn week on her blog. It is so much fun! There might even be a Lawn Fawn giveaway, too! :)

Latrice makes amazing necklaces and headbands that she has in her Etsy store! I am completely in love with her rainbow ribbon necklace. It is seriously the cutest thing ever. Check it out:

This is the card I made inspired by the necklace:

I used Blissful Botanicals and some colorful ink to create this leafy rainbow inspired by all of the colors in this neckalce! I did them cascading down because that also reminded me of the necklace and its cool layers! This is a super simple card that could definitely be made into a card set with different sentiments!

rainbow garden

Hello! This is a super simple card that was a lot of fun to color! I wanted to make a rainbow garden with Blissful Botanicals and the green washi tape is a perfect grass! The sentiment is from Lunar Lights which is a great general sentiment.

botanical patterned paper

Hello!

This card was a blast to make! I started with white card stock and stamped Blissful Botanicals flowers all around in a light green and then colored them in with Copics. Then I stamped the Schoolhouse Backdrops ledger in old paper Distress Ink and then used different Distress Inks to age the paper a bit so it wasn't bright white. I used Sophie's Sentiments for my greeting!

I wanted to thank you all so much for your kind words and good thoughts and prayers sent my grandfather's way. Yesterday was a tough day and I can't tell you how much we appreciate it. Thank you all for your kindness. Big hugs to you all.

big flower birthday

Hello, everyone! I hope you all are having wonderful days!

For this card, I used Versamark and Schoolhouse Backdrops to create the diagonal lines on the turquoise card stock. It was fun to create a custom patterned paper for the card! I created the leaves and the fun yellow scalloped border with Blissful Botanicals. The scalloped border was created by cutting the long leaf line in half, and I love using the Botanicals leaves to accent flowers! I decided to make this a birthday card using Sophie's Sentiments because there are so many birthdays coming up!

Normally, I don't share personal stuff on here, but I wanted you all to know why I have been so absent from Twitter and Facebook and late with emails. My grandfather fell and has been in the hospital. It's been tough. He and I are very close. I have called him everyday since I could pick up a phone. We are hoping that he can continue improving and hopefully go to a rehab center where he can strengthen his back.
I really appreciate your patience and kindness and hope to slowly catch up with everything. You guys really are the best. I'm sending hugs your way.
