AND today's post too! :)
Today is our showcase of "Critters in the Snow". This 4" x 6" set is the next installment in our popular Critters series! You are going to love these guys as much as you love the sea and 'burbs Critters! The design team has made the most amazing samples! I also have a little video on the bottom showcasing some images of the set!
Remember to click on the person's name or card to see all of the details and leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love! :)
I just adore Teri's card! I love how she paper pieced with textured card stock and also used the bow from Bows and Holly to dress up the deer from Critters in the Snow! The "deerie" is part of a super cute sentiment in the set and the Merry Christmas is from Bows and Holly! I am so excited that Francois the Lawn Fawn is finally a stamp! He is all grown up and jumping through the air!
Lea's card is so cool! Hehe! Her color scheme is fantastic and I love the glittered igloo from the set! The sentiment is also from the set and perfect for cards all year round! I love how Lea incorporated the snowflake border from Frosties into the card, too! So pretty!
Lynnette's card is too cute! She used the snowflakes and igloo from the set to create her scene, and then featured both penguins from Critters in the Snow! I love how one of them is waving hello! (He would be great with that sentiment from Critters in the Sea! Hehe!) I also love Nette's bright color scheme. It is just so fun and shows that snow critters love bright colors, too! :)
Mariana's card is so sweet! I absolutely adore how she used the "happy winter" sentiment on the star! Too cool! I also love the snow banks she created. They have so much texture and are the perfect place for the penguin and polar bear to hang out! I absolutely adore the randomly placed gems, too! It adds such a wonderful touch!
Latisha's card is so cute! She used my favorite sentiment from the set and created a fabulous scene with the snowflakes from the set. She colored Francois the deer and then used the swirls from Harvest Season to show movement as he jumps through the air. I just love that idea! She created her glitter stripes with scor tape. Such a fun technique!
Danni's bag and card ensemble are so fun! I just love them and her color combo! The dry embossing is such a great texture, and I love how she did the snowflakes on just one side of the bag. Really cool! The stitching on her card is fabulous also! Something about stitching just says winter to me! :)
Tiffany created the coolest snow globe cards! I can't wait to try and make these! I absolutely adore the scenes she created for all of the critters, and the acetate is so fun! I also love how she added little white dots on the deer just like Francois in our logo has! Such a cute idea! These would make the most wonderful Holiday cards!
Make sure you click on each of the design team's names or pictures to go to their blogs and see the details of how they made their cards. You will walk away inspired for sure!
