This is another mini-perfect-for-hostess card! I used the same rolled technique on the sentiment, and I am loving that! So fun! The pumpkin is colored with copics and popped up on some foam adhesive!
I had some requests for how I colored the Critters in yesterday's post, and I actually had it on video, so I thought I would post it here! It is a bit slow, and I really wish I had that fast forward function on my editing software, but I don't! I hope to get it when I get a new computer (this one is on it's last leg!) Hopefully you still like the video! It's full of easy Copic coloring that looks like Critter fur!
Watch it here or at You Tube!
Thank you so much for watching! And, also, I asked over on the facebook page, but I thought I would ask here too! What would you guys like to see in future Lawn Clippings videos?
Thanks so much for your input! You guys are the best! :) Hugs!

Have an amazing day,

oh my goodness - i love the 'rolling' technique you used for the leave and sentiment on your two cards!!!!!! i definately want to try that! thanks SO much for sharing!!! :)
ReplyDeleteyou're so talented!
This is great Kelly Marie! I love the technique where ur 'rolling' the colors! Looks amazing! So purty!!! It really pops! I'd love more videos on that. Also, on another note, the font for the 'happy thanksgiving'... I don't know if it'd work, but i'd love it if THAT could be a font in a future stamp set! it looks like it might work (there's kinda spacing between the letters)... I don't know how great cursive would work for a font stamp...you're the experts... but its just beautiful & I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteHey Kelly. Great cards today and nice video too! I'm not sure if my suggestion would be classified as a "Lawn Clippings" video, but I always LOVE seeing things "behind-the-scenes". I think it would be so much fun if you do a video of the process that you go through when packaging orders or writing the thank-you notes. Also maybe a tour of your craft room!... Those are just my thoughts. :)
