Even though it made its way back up to 80 degrees today, here is a snowy Christmas card! I am so in love with this Hero Arts set. Little animals with scarves are so cute! I actually made this card for the Hero Arts challenge this week which is to create a holiday card with an accessory. I used a gem and glitter!
I made this snowy hill my cutting a slope, then running it through my Xyron and then adding glitter to the whole thing. I couldn't capture how fun and glittery it is in real life with the camera though.
I used the red gem to make this reindeer into Rudolph. I also paper pieced his head, body and scarf. It takes forever, but it definitely adds dimension. I just love this sentiment. What more could anyone want but peace and love, right?Card stock: Papertrey Ink (spring rain), Neenah Paper Classic Crest (solar white)Stamps: Hero Arts (clouds, jolly christmas)Ink: Hero Arts Shadow (soft pool), Stampin' Up (real read, garden green), Ranger Adirondack (espresso)Gem: Me and My Big Idea Icons
Glitter: Martha Stewart (crystal fine)
Markers: Copic
